ALL ITEMS SHIPPED TO THE USA HAVE A FLAT COST OF £12.00. Please email email@example.com to enquire about multiple items to be shipped, or particular shipping preferences.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. Please return your item/s within 14 days to receive a full refund or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. You are responsible for return postage, and recorded delivery is recommended to ensure your full refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Gift vouchers, Downloadable workshop tutorials and pattern packs.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item for a different size, that's no problem at all - send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Rose Choules, The Workshop, 16 The Strand Shopping Centre, Bude, Cornwall, United Kingdom EX23 8QT.
Once your return is received and checked over, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Please consider using a trackable / recorded delivery service. We are not responsible for unrecorded item's lost in the post.
